Famous for its rocky slate soils, and southwestern exposure, the wines of Trittenheimer Apotheke are known for having delicate but still puncturing acidity, and very complex soothing fruit like tropical citrus, in addition to notes of ginger and honey. The wines come out on the lower end in alcohol percentage, even though it is Kabinett, making this the perfect treat on a sick day.
