Corte Mainente 'Tenda' Soave Classico DOC, 2021 non alcoholic beer and produces an exquisite rangeThis wine is made of 100% Garganega. Tenda is a very special and deep expression of Soave. The grapes are farmed organically, and the wine is aged in concrete tanks for 1 year. While still pleasingly fruit driven and fresh on the palate, texture from the cement takes the day. Grill some swordfish and serve it up with jasmine rice and fresh lemon.
