'Prosecco in Rome' ART PRINTS by Marta Hutt Size:A1 bedroom or castle a wallThe idea for this artwork was to play around with different techniques, allowing myself to freely sketch, to create layers, textures while using a very limited colour palette. I wanted to create an artwork simple in its form yet layered with intricate details and spontaneous squiggles that hint at complexity beneath simplicity. I used Sophia Loren's vintage photo as inspiration for creating this artwork. Sketching on an iPad felt like cheating at
