Thibaud Boudignon Rosé de Loire, 2025 lodi Laurent and ZweigeltBordeaux native Thibaud Boudignon crafts his ros from Cabernet Franc rooted in grey schist sand soils, blended with a touch of Grolleau. The winery is practicing biodynamic. Fresh, bright, and insanely drinkable, the wine shows flavors of red fruit, flower petals, white pepper, and wet rock. A true food ros! Pair with charcuterie boards, raw bar favorites, or lobster rolls.
