AFREMOV'S FAREWELL TO ANGER Hand Dyed on Buttery Soft DK - Splashed & Speckled Yarn twinkle fingering Purple Delight would look wonderfulThe painting that inspired this yarn colorway is by Leonid Afremov, a late 20th century artist who used a palette knife and these amazing brilliant colors that are sort of reminiscent of pointillism. YARN BASE I dyed it on my Buttery Soft DK base, which is made of 45% baby alpaca, 45% extra soft 19. 5 micron merino, and 10% silk, and it really lives up to its name! Like most, this colorway is a little more muted on Buttery Soft DK than on many of my
