Crafted in rich 18k gold throughout, the sapphire rests in claw mounts and weighs in at a perfect 1 carat, and the diamonds are sparkly and bright with a total weight of 0. 55 carats. The shoulders feature pierced and engraved detailing, while the back of the head is open, allowing the light to shine through the stones.
