the figurines were made from china and hand-painted in a labor intensive process of repeated kiln firings

It has a flat rim that is scalloped / ruffled at the edge and painted in gold

Marked Hand Made on back by artist Natale Measures about 5 7 8" Condition: some surface scratching and small tarnish spots *Shown in the last photo, I have the dish on a carved wood plaque I think this would be pretty affixed to this or something similar and hung on the wall. =)
