The nose is dominated by floral notes, ripe stone fruits and fresh zesty citrus. This follows through to the palate with an underlying textural backbone, driven by the time spent on lees, and a pure mineral concentration. A perfectly balanced and crunchy acidity gives the wine lift, presence and poise. Perfect by the glass or with light dishes such as fish and seafood. Serve well
