GE Snapper model 942 Clamp-on amp meter F*S Vintage The 50 W bulb inGeneral Electric Snapper 942D Clamp Meter with I bought in the 70s, it comes with everything including clamp meter, leads, and case. This meter is for high current measurements and is used by opening the jaws and clamping it around one of the circuit wires you want to measure. The wire and clamps are for connecting for voltage tests. This is old school American made bullet proof construction. Good for a couple lifetimes
