Vina Maitia, Aupa Blanco, Pipeno, Chile, 750mL Pays D'Oc Xavière’s 2020 grolleau noir isFor the Aupa Pipeo Blanco, old pedro ximnez and torontel vineyards are used (a 5050 blend) planted between 1950 and 1930 in Cauquenes, in the Maule Valley's dry secano interior. This is a perfumed white with refreshingly juicy flavors, a medium body, and very good concentration. Few wines are as good for grilled sweetbreads as this one.
