These are long lived birds with a life span of over 55 years although many of the juvenile die in their first long migration

All the teeth are still present in the jaw

Medically prepared human disarticulated skull bones probably varying locallyThese bones were part of a collection from a medical school museum. This is a collection of disarticulated skull bones comprising of the frontal, two parietals (both left) and a sphenoid. The parietals still have the medical school collection number on them. All the bones have a very pale white colour which would suggest that they were prepared in the second half of the last century.
