Vistara

Vistara is an Indian airline owned by TATA SIA Airline limited, which is a joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airline that was established in the year 2015. The first operation consisted of Delhi and Bombay following which the airline been carrying more than 2 million passengers as of 2016. Vistara is the sixth largest domestic airline, serving 24 destinations, with an aircraft of 24.

Class of Travel

Vistara has three classes to choose from;

Premium Economy

The Economy Class passengers will be permitted 10 kg of carry-on baggage and 20 kgs when checked-in luggage is checked in.

ScootBiz passengers are permitted 15kgs of carry-on luggage and 30kgs for checked in luggage.

Club Vistara gives members points each time they purchase tickers. They can be used to purchase discounts. Vistara has an agreement of partnership with Singapore airline, which permits Club Vistara members to earn and redeem points through Kris Flyer which is the frequent flyer program on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir flights. In-flight Services

Vistara is not equipped with in-flight entertainment, but does offer tablets preloaded for passengers in business class. Vistara comes with BAE Systems Intelli-Cabin in-flight entertainment system that allows streaming content directly to the passengers’ personal electronic devices using a single-way Wi-Fi connection. Vistara offers passengers food which is provided with the help of TajSATS Air Catering which is a joint venture of Tata along with a Singaporean company that is led by chef Arun Batra who was previously the executive chef for Taj Hotels.
