90's Taupe Long Sleeve Blouse by Philippe Marques pell brooch 28-30" waistTaupe long sleeve blouse from the early 90's. Padded shoulders with long sleeves, button cuffs and hidden front buttons. Gathers on the yoke front and back. Fabric is polyester, Made in the U. S. A. Excellent condition with no issues. Label is Philippe Marques which was active between 1978 and 2008. A dry cleaning tag was attached showing it was cleaned last in November of 1992. Tagged a size 10 but please check the measurements carefully. bust 40"
