I’ve not had it cleaned as I’ve lost my independent cleaner to closure and am not risking anything pre 60s at the other

A large Czech stamped goldtone filigree buckle is set with faux lapis and other glass cabochons, on a metallic blue and gold wide fabric belt. Measures Currently fits a 32 waist, could be altered.
