90s Vintage Black Halter Prom Dress By Niki Livas 1950s eisenberg waist 31�A vintage 90s dress that resembles designs from the 1950s. Super cute strapless design with flattering short hemline. Bust cups are lightly boned. Black mesh nylon over a white satin lining throughout the dress. Bodice has additional layer of mesh which comes up across the bust cups and hooks behind your neck with metal hook & eyes. Pretty floral lace waist. Zippered back.
