Vintage 1930s black tilt feather hat with velvet trim teens hat too big on my UKI dont keep many hats for myself, but this I have hung onto for a few years as I loved the jauntiness! I think its possibly homemade, but nicely done. The feather has a slight break in it, so that it sits over the head I had thought about adding another additional upright one, but depends how showgirl youre feeling I suppose! Not at all necessary.
