No hatband but the back holds a white silk daisy and a straw bow. Interior is finished with a red grosgrain ribbon. Label is Christine. The only condition issue is a very tiny discolored spot in the deep area of the brim. Another spot is on a petal of the daisy. Both spots are very small. Inner circumference is 21 inches.
