It is made of 3 mm wool felt (carbonized wool) and closes with a wide black elastic band. The outer seam is sewn with cream colored thread in a beautiful decorative stitch. The wool felt is bicolor. The top is olive and the underside is cream. Two hearts have been attached to the front for decoration. These can be removed if desired. The folder simply slides
