In addition to airline cancellation fees Cheapdealflight will also charge with per person per sector for every cancellation.
Requests to cancel online , the mail or telephonic channels will be considered. Cheapdealflight cannot be held responsible to accept or compensate cancellations made via any other channels.
If you are purchasing an electronic ticket and you cancel your reservation less than four hours prior to departure, it is necessary to make contact with the airline in question.
If you wish to cancel your order before 24 hours, you’ll have to reach our customer service executive via the phone. Requests made through any other method will not be considered.
Customers are responsible for paying any taxes, surcharges and charges that apply at the time of travel.
Changes in date and time for departure and arrival of flights are subject to regulatory acceptance or change(s).
Refund policy
If you make a change to a booking You will be charged a higher or lower rates in the case of higher rates offered by the airline, if there is any. If the new rate is less than the one you paid for you won’t be able to claim a reimbursement for cancellation, however the charges associated with rebooking will be incurred.
In the event of any misdeeds or misuse of offers or services offered by cheapdealflight to customers Cheapdealflight reserves the right to cancel the offer and/or terminate the service booked. We are not responsible for any refund or compensation in these cases.
For any compensation or refund (if there is one) please contact us. Airlines do not reimburse you for the ticket purchased at Cheapdealflight .
Any cancellation that is directly made with the airline needs to be reported to cheapdealflight, for reimbursement. If this is the case you must notify the company in writing with valid documentation in order to initiate the refund process. It is advised to notify your company in the first 48 hours after cancelling.
The cost of meals in the flight is not refundable and only refundable in the event of a flight cancellation at the request of airline.
In the occasion of cancellation or refund of tickets that were partially used early discounted and coupon code discounts that is available during the booking will be subtracted from the amount of refund.
